Layke is one of our founding Directors and our Director of Operations. After a decade working on the tools as a surface finisher, Layke became Australia’s top training provider for the Surface Finisher Cert III Qualification. Layke delivered his training out of the Federation University of Australia, Victoria, from 2014 and quickly became the State Manager for Gimbal Training covering WA, SA, Tas and Victoria. He gained experience in Assessment Management and Business Development over the next 11 years of his professional career pursuing his passion for program administration, compliance excellence and company procedural management. With a background in training and assessment, Layke holds a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, as well as a Diploma of Quality Auditing, highlighting his commitment to excellence in these professional fields.
