Hi, I’m Adam, the Candidate Consultant here at Trade Skills Australia. With an extensive background in customer service, sales and relationship management, I’ve always had a genuine passion for helping people, building meaningful connections and making a positive difference in their lives.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, and I’ve learned that great service starts with listening. I pride myself on being friendly, approachable and someone people feel comfortable talking to. Whether it’s answering questions, finding solutions or simply offering reassurance along the way, I believe everyone deserves honest advice and genuine support.
At Trade Skills Australia, my role is to work closely with individuals across Australia who are looking to have their existing skills and experience formally recognised through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). I understand that taking the next step in your career can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly when you’re unsure of the process or what’s required. That’s where I come in.
I’m here to guide candidates through their journey, from their initial enquiry and understanding their options, right through to helping them navigate the enrolment and assessment process. My goal is to make everything as simple, clear and stress-free as possible, ensuring candidates feel informed, supported and confident every step of the way.
I genuinely enjoy getting to know people, hearing about their experiences and understanding what they’re hoping to achieve. No two candidates are the same, and I believe taking the time to understand each person’s circumstances is the key to providing the right guidance.
For me, it’s not just about getting someone through a process; it’s about building trust, being reliable and helping people move towards better opportunities for themselves and their families.
