“Maintaining compliance is of paramount importance within the education and training sector. However we view compliance as not merely a regulatory obligation but an integral part of our commitment to delivering high-quality assessment and maintaining the trust and confidence of our stakeholders.

I have a strong belief that a robust compliance framework not only ensures a legal adherence to regulatory requirements but it also fosters a culture of integrity, transparency and responsibility within the organisation. Our Compliance system serves as a catalyst for ongoing continuous improvement. Regular audits, system reviews and ongoing feedback from stakeholders provide us with valuable insights, allowing me to refine our services and ongoing processes. To achieve this we require commitment from all staff in the organisation, this is the main motivator for me in my role. Working with our committed team to achieve not only compliance but sound operational practices that are continually being reviewed and improved on.”
